Composite Shutters

The doors shall be factory made OMEGA composite door made up of solid core single leaf rigid composite GRP / FRP laminated to seasoned hone wood door shutter of 30 mm thick manufactured out of solid core laminated unto 1.5 mm to 2mm thick GRP / FRP made of superior all season ,weather resistant polyester Gel coat followed by laminating polyester resin of 450 gsm glass mat ,termite , water resistant, with superior structural gluing on hand lay with various premolded design finishes on both faces confirming to IS 6307:1985 using structural adhesive confirming IS 4835: 1979. the finish and colors of the shutters being obtained by pigmentation of GRP/ FRP laminate during manufacture. The core as mentioned above being made up of EPS / PU Foam of 20 kg / mtr3 and the wooden frame made up of seasoned hone wood of moisture content less than 15 % . the composite sandwich shutter shall be subjected to a compression pressure of 50 kg per mtr3 in a hydraulic operated press for superior bonding of GRP / FRP laminate to hone wood for a period of not less than 2 hrs.

Composite Door Frame

The door frame shall be factory made OMEGA composite door frame made of solid core, moulded single length rigid composite GRP / FRP laminated to seasoned hone wood. The door Frame of 2" X 3" cross section or 3" X 4" cross section or 3" X 5" cross section depending upon the requirement capable of accommodating 30 mm thick shutter , manufacture out of solid core laminated upto 3mm thick GRP / FRP made of superior all season weather resistant polyster Gel coat followed by laminating 2 layers of polyester resin of 450 gsm glass mat ,termite , water resistant, with superior structural gluing on hand lay with various pre molded design finishes on both faces confirming to IS 6307:1985 using structural adhesive confirming IS 4835: 1979. The finish and colors of the Frames being obtained by pigmentation of GRP/ FRP laminate during manufacture. The wood made up of seasoned hone wood of moisture content less than 15 %.
